Our Process
We evaluate the deal over the phone and immediately issue our letter of interest if we like the deal. Once the LOI is signed and returned in most cases we are at the subject property the very next day for our walk through. From there it’s just a matter of a few more days to produce loan docs, sign, fund and record. That’s it!
What Is Hard Money?
